How to build the best Power Supply for you Logitech Touch for a decent price?

Measured yesterday the standard power supply. It outputs 4,92V with a ripple of 1mV (top-top) at -70dB.

I finished my battery powered Logitech Touch Power Supply.

The difference is huge, more then you would expect. The sound has more body, clearer without the digital edges and has a more natural/analog feeling. This is not a small upgrade i can tell you that.
